Wait, did you notice something ? : Only 1 token max supply !

That was my personal decision, and not everyone around me was a fan of it at first. But I had two clear reasons behind it:

1. A historical reason: At the very beginning, Helice was meant to improve what already existed in crowdfunding, by adding the financial leverage only crypto can offer. The issue with crowdfunding is that not only coupons were illiquid, but they had to be recreated every time a new round of funding was needed. This constant creation destroyed value.

Helice does the opposite. No need to create new supply. Every time a prosthesis is financed, the number of tokens stays the same ! It was a cheeky dig at the traditional model.

2. A strategic reason: We believe this model will help boost the token’s visibility during public campaigns. Since HELICE is associated with cutting-edge prosthetic technologies, it must convey a strong sense of value. Most people outside the crypto space don’t understand market cap. With HELICE, there is only one token — meaning the token price is the market cap. The price is naturally high and convey a sence of value. This is a radical departure from the usual “1 million tokens to $1” narrative. HELICE embraces extreme scarcity: each token is a fraction, and like a rare gold nugget.

Prosthetics will finally get the public attention they deserve !! HELICE is our way to put these technologies in the spotlight and magnify their value.
